Key Points to Remember:
Payments to You: We distribute payments after receiving them from the recruiter, ensuring fairness in sharing the success.
Monthly Payment Schedule: We run payments monthly, on the 28th. All transactions up to the 23rd are included; any later will roll to the next cycle.
Understanding Your Share: "Referer Share" goes to the person who shared the job, "Hiree Share" to the new employee, and "HireSplit Share" is our portion for facilitating the process.
Payment Methods: Your earnings will be transferred via Stripe, designed to be quick and secure.
Tax Responsibility: Remember, you may be responsible for taxes on your earnings. We recommend consulting with a tax professional. HireSplit takes no responsibility / liability for this.
